Mastering Emotional Trigger Cycles

A few weeks ago, I received a big "download" of information on dealing with the emotional cycles that result from being triggered. The ascension process is bringing up all sorts of stuff from deep within us, such as old beliefs, patterns, emotions, and densities.

If you are reading this you are probably trying to figure out what the hell is happening in your life and why you feel so emotional. Welcome!

Why are we having these cycles? Well, that's because in the new energies, there is a shorter time delay between the time you think a thought and it manifests. We are still partly in the old 3D and the new 4D, so I get a feeling like we're in practice mode.

The other weird thing is that we are in uncharted territory. There is no road map, so don't look for one outside of yourself. You really must tune in through your inner guidance to figure out where to go and how to get there.

We just finished a Chiron - Jupiter opposition, which may have led you through a super painful period. Depending on where Chiron has been transiting in your chart, you may have felt an old wound or an unhealed wound reopened. And, since Jupiter represents expansion, it's easy to see how these painful situations just get bigger and out of control.

Chiron is an asteroid and he represents the Wounded Healer in mythology. From my experience, his transits have brought experiences that were painful in order to finally heal something that is wounding you, once and for all. Chiron transits can also bring situations to your attention that you have a hard time resolving. If you are having a hard time figuring out how to resolve a painful situation, you might take a look at where Chiron is transiting in your chart.

Regardless of whether Chiron is involved in your experiences these days, this download will hopefully help you become more aware of when you are being triggered and how to move through it instead of holding onto the pain, buying into the fears that come up as a result, and eventually clear the issue.

Mastering Emotional Trigger Cycles:

First, know that this is cyclical and will happen again, and with other issues. If you have something buried deeply within you, it doesn't always come up all at once. Some of the things we are healing are ancestral, which means we got it through our family. Being re-triggered is another layer of awareness that is peeled away until you reach resolution.

Think of it as spiraling up, like the springs in the photo.

Resolution may look like realizing you need to change your beliefs, face your fears, talk to someone if there is an issue between you, take action, or doing whatever you know you need to do.

Awareness is key. As soon as you realize you are being triggered, just observe your thoughts and feelings. Do your best to just observe what's happening instead of attempting to control it and do your best to avoid judgement of yourself or the emotion.

Simply notice how you feel, what happened to bring it up, and what the situation is showing to you. If you feel fear because reality is starting to mirror a fear you have, it's time to ask yourself if it's REALLY true, is it time for a new belief to replace that fear, or do you need to resolve the fear in another way?

Next, be aware that if you have a run in with any difficult people during your day, you might be ripe for another wave of this trigger cycle. This is because the Universe NEVER wastes an opportunity to "help" you release more of your stuff.

This is all part of the ascension process, and also part of the twin flame activation process, too.

The cycle looks like this:

Trigger -----> Intense Emotion ------> Release -----> Stasis.

These waves of awareness will be triggered through people, events and situations until you actually look at what is being shown to you through these emotions and figure out how to deal with it.

It might seem like all this stuff is outside of you, but it's really not. We are co-creators of our own reality and the good news is, you get to see your stuff so that you can heal it. Reality is just showing us what we are unaware of inside of ourselves.

It is really easy to get down in the dumps during these cycles, and that is where I get stuck. Sometimes I get angry, cry or get scared that it's never going to change. Then I have a release of emotions, surrender (usually because I am exhausted at that point), and then the breakthrough happens because I am no longer resisting what is.

The key to all of this is standing in your MASTERY and not let all this crap get to you. Keep moving forward, even if you have to crawl, making adjustments, and affirm from your master self that you WILL have the outcome you desire.

Keep in mind that you might continue to see residual events after you've resolved the situation. This is just the time delay that still exists in this reality. Eventually, the negative synchronicity will stop because the issue is healed.
